Laser Cutting

Milling
Our Modern Doosan Mynx 9500 is a vertical mill centre is designed for all milling applications. The large table size of 2500x950mm allows us to cater for even the largest products.

Turning
With our Modern Doosan Lynx 2100 lathe we can turn precision parts at speed due to the fully automated bar-feed system.
Equipped with a 15kW high-power motor, we can cater for most turning jobs with ease.

Bending
One part of the full service of solutions we offer is sheet metal bending, folding, edging, and flanging. With our Ermaksan cnc press brake, we will bend the workpiece to the exact angle you require.
LASER CUTTING
With our Mazak Optiplex 3015 10Kw Fibre Laser Cutter we are able to cut a wide variety of materials (many of which are held in stock here at PSS) allowing for short, competitive leadtimes. The speed, accuracy and efficient nature of the modern machine allow us to provide exceptional quality components, with a high degree of repeatability whilst also dramatically increasing our capacity.
milling
With our capabilities ranging right up to an impressive bed size of 2500mm x 900mm, our Milling Centres allows us to machine all manner and size of components. From small high precision components right through to large structural work pieces, we really can cater for all possible requirements. turning
From 1 off’s to large production runs, our Turning Centres can cater for all possible requirements. The jewel in our crown is the Doosan Lynx 2100 Mill/Turn Centre. With bar feed capabilities and built in “C” axis, we can turn and mill parts on the one machine. The combined years of experience turning Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum and many other more exotic materials, we are sure we can cater for your requirements.
pressing
Having both 125T and 250T Press Brakes, with a wide range of tooling, supported by years of experience allows us to press a wide variety of materials, thicknesses and sizes to cater for all needs. Our in house Pressing is a fantastic option, where required, for those customers taking advantage of our Laser Cutting capability.
