Survey

We offer a range of specialist operational surveys that include 3D scanning, direct measurement, Balancing, alignment and NDT. These surveys or combinations can be one off or as a condition monitoring package.

Design and detailing

We can produce 3D models of mechanical and structural solutions along with 2D manufacturing drawings as required. Structural and FEA checks and calculations if required are produced by one of our approved consulting engineering subcontractors.

Design and detailing capabilities are not limited to structural elements as we also can also offer Mechanical and system designs such as materials handling conveying and pipework.

MECHANICAL INSTALLATIONS AND OVERHAUL

Power System Services carry out installation and maintenance contracts for many blue chip companies. Maintenance and overhaul works tend to be planned during time critical shutdowns where our knowledge and specialism is fundamental in delivering a safe, high quality and timely return to service of key equipment.
