New contract awarded to PSS

PSS awarded £6.6m projects to manufacture 12 Vortex Drop pipe systems for Thames Tideway

As an approved steel fabrication supplier for all three large joint ventures currently constructing the Thames Tideway Storm Sewer project in London, PSS were given the opportunity to tender for the manufacture and delivery of the 46m long 3m diameter stainless Vortex pipe and inlet channel for the Deptford site. This contract was awarded to PSS based on the technical and commercial elements of the tender submission. Due to the proven manufacturing techniques, quality assurance levels and attention to detail PSS have been awarded a further 11 Vortex Tubes for other joint venture contractors on this project.

The supply project has a two year programme and will provide valuable and consistent work up to 2022.
